LORO Audit is a software as a service solution which means you only need your usual computer and internet browser to login and use the LORO Audit application. We taking care about everything else – hardware, infrastructure, backup, scalability, memory, etc.
And, it’s good to know, everything is included in your annual subscription fee, there is no hidden costs or any other surprises!

LORO Audit License plans are well balanced to features and functionalities that different organizations could need according to the number of conducted audits per year.

The number of audits per year included in an individual License plan means how many new audits you can create using LORO audit during 12 months period, ie while your annual subscription plan is active.
All past audits are always visible and available while you have any non-free License plan active.
The number of auditors in an individual License plan means how many auditor user accounts one company in the LORO Audit system can have.
The number of administrators in an individual License plan means how many administrator user accounts one company in the LORO Audit system can have.
An Administrator can do everything and see everything whereas an Auditor has some limited rights.
Few main differences between the Auditor and the Administrator roles in the LORO Audit system are:
- only Administrator can create new audit, delete/deactivate an audit and lock/unlock an audit,
- an Administrator can see and work with all audits in the system, an Auditor can see and work just with audits in which an auditor is Lead auditor or Audit team member,
- an Auditor cannot change some data on the General information tab of an audit but can do everything else, enter and edit information, work with documents, risks and opportunities, program and plan, findings draft and finals, reports, …
- if an Auditor was granted access to a client audit then the auditor can see audit from the client system for which the permission has been granted.
LORO Audit has an advanced collaboration feature implemented into it which allows fast and paperless client-auditor collaboration.
Client can grant Audit view permission for an exact audit to the exact external auditor and an external auditor who was granted view permission to a client audit can see that audit on his own LORO Audit application screen.
External auditor cannot change anything in that audit and client can revoke given permission at any time.

When you renew any non-free LORO Audit License plan, you will receive 10% of your purchase amount in Basic points and 1 Elite point.
When new LORO Audit client use your Affiliate code during first time non-free LORO Audit License plan purchase, you will receive 10% of their purchase amount in Basic points and 1 Elite point, and, thanks to you, new client will receive 10% discount on their purchase.
Points are calculated from purchase amount exclusive of VAT. Collected points are not transferable and are not exchangable for money. You can use collected points for the discount at your next LORO Audit License plan renewal or for the discount on some of our other products or special offers.
For example:
- If you renew your current LORO Audit MIDI plan for 59 EUR, you will receive 5.9 points in Basic points and 1 Elite point.
- If the new client at first time LORO Audit License plan purchase choose MIDI plan for 59 EUR and enters your Affiliate code during the purchase process, you will receive 5.9 points in Basic points and 1 Elite point, and the new client will receive 10% discount on the purchase and will pay 53.1 EUR.
Yes, with the advanced collaboration feature which allows fast and paperless client-auditor collaboration we have created paperless collaboration platform that significantly reduces unnecessary consumption of the paper and consequently the consumption of toner and electricity.

Yes, look and feel of working in the LORO Audit is similar to work in any modern application!
You can enter, edit and format your information like you are used to.
Especially in the fields where you will enter a lot of information – in audit program and plan, audit findings, follow-ups, meeting minutes, notes, etc. – in which you can use font format, text aligning, bullet lists, numbered lists, increase/decrease indents, insert and edit links, insert images, insert tables, etc.
Yes, you can upload documents in any stage of your audit!
That is important during planning stage of your audit when you can upload different initial documents about process, product or system you will be auditing, but that is especially important during your fieldwork when you can upload photos, documents and other evidences directly from your computer or a mobile device. Of course, during follow-up activities you can upload documents and evidences, as well.
Yes, of course!
You will create the draft version of your findings with all needed information, documents and evidences, and after you communicate and discuss that draft with your client, you will create the final version of findings in which you can edit and adapt whatever you will need.
For speed-up creating final findings you can copy everything from the draft in one click of the mouse but after that they are totally separated and you will always have both of them for later insights.
Yes, you can use LORO Audit application from your computer, tablet, mobile phone or even smart TV!
You only need your usual computer and internet browser to login and use the LORO Audit application.
Yes, using the LORO Audit application you can do the risks and opportunities identification and analysis, and the LORO Audit application will automaticaly create and vizualise the Likelihood-Impact matrix for you!
